Author, Speaker, Educator

I’m passionate about healing. This lifelong journey began early on, stemming from a need to deal with my childhood trauma. Throughout my life, I’ve sought out various spiritual and holistic methods to empower myself and learn how to be vulnerable. Trauma caused me to build walls around my tender heart, and it’s been a lifelong process to scale these walls and tend to the core wounds revealed.

I’ve had many teachers along the way, who led me to different self-improvement techniques, each with their own value. But, I believe my greatest teacher has been Nature.

Always available, deeply supportive and soulfully nourishing. Nature indeed heals.

When I discovered the medicine available from flower energy, I was enchanted. How could a method so simple, be so effective at transforming deeply rooted trauma? I began using the Bach flower remedies as a way to help others shift their emotional challenges with more ease.

Later, I discovered the powerful effects of coaching; first-hand. Years ago, I was suffering with chronic physical illness and met a coach who offered to work with me. With the help of this guidance and support, I began to shift my perspectives and connect with my deepest desires. I recognized that I had always wanted to serve others in a powerful way. My dream of becoming a holistic healer came to fruition as I opened my coaching practice and saw the radical changes I could create with others.

Often, our greatest challenges lead to our greatest growth. My writing and teaching focuses on how to shed light in the darkness, how to plant seeds in the mud, how to embrace and transcend all of our experiences. It’s through this integration, that we can reach a state of wholeness, which allows for a healthy, joyful, and meaningful life.
